KWB ‘Come Together’ with the formation of KWB Holdings Ltd

KWB has created an umbrella company for its Birmingham-based commercial property agency and its related divisions, comprising property and asset management, office design and move management consultancy, residential management, corporate cleaning and serviced office operations.

The new company, owned by joint shareholders John Bryce, pictured right, and Nigel Tripp, which is called ‘KWB Holdings Ltd’, brings together the various Birmingham office services that have developed since KWB initially formed as Knight Welch Bryce, a partnership of office letting agents, in 1989.

Founding Partner, John Bryce, has grown and enhanced the business, over 26 years, to become the largest and most successful niche office agency in the Midlands, whilst also creating various new – KWB branded – limited companies to provide a wealth of related commercial property services.

He commented: “We felt it was the right time to establish, or perhaps simply reinforce the idea of, KWB as a multidisciplinary practice, with a current annual turnover of £2 million, rather than several separate companies.”

The companies which form KWB Holdings Ltd are:

  • KWB Office Agency Ltd
  • KWB Property Management Ltd
  • KWB Workplace Ltd
  • KWB Serviced Offices Ltd
  • KWB Corporate Cleaning Ltd

John Bryce continued: “We employ a truly great group of people here, and whilst some elements of the business are completely independent of one another – in terms of day-to-day operations – many work together as a team. Having formed excellent working relationships within our offices at Lancaster House in Birmingham, our clients – both occupiers and investors/developers – are now offered a diverse and comprehensive service, of a quality that earns the KWB name, right across the board.”
