Jon Tedstone FMAAT

Chief Operating Officer, KWB

Having been a key asset to KWB for over 20 years, Jon brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his role of COO.

Primarily, Jon oversees KWB’s day-to-day operations, implementing business strategies effectively, leading a range of teams across all branches of the company and working to meet overarching goals.

Sam Lawrence BA (Hons) MRICS

Director, KWB Property Management

With over 25 years of experience, including 10 as a director in commercial property, Sam meets his role at KWB with dedication, knowledge and enthusiasm. His keen understanding of the needs of both clients and occupiers enables him to offer fully transparent communication, services and strategies that benefit all parties and uphold KWB’s excellent reputation.

Les Balla

Consultant, KWB Property Management

Les is a Consultant at KWB Property Management and a Chartered Surveyor. Specialising in property management and professional consultancy, his work benefits from experienced insights developed through a history in general practice surveying.

Les offers assistance with a variety of commercial property management requirements, including lease arrangements, rent reviews and lease renewals, dilapidations, property consultancy, investment advice, rent collections and general landlord and tenant issues.

He has a deep understanding of the needs of independent landlords and heads of family trusts, acting as a knowledgeable point of contact that can look after every stakeholder’s best interests. Narinder Kaur

Property Manager, KWB Property Management

Narinder is a Property Manager at KWB Property Management, part of KWB Commercial Property Specialists. Together, the team manages a portfolio of Midlands-based office, retail and mixed-use schemes on behalf of a range of property companies and private landlords.

Ellie Cole

Apprentice Surveyor, KWB Industrial

Having joined KWB Industrial in 2025 as part of their 24-month apprenticeship scheme, Ellie is achieving a BTech National Diploma, whilst also gaining real-world experience as part of an established and successful company.

As the youngest member of the team, Ellie is keen to contribute new and fresh ideas to a range of areas that she’s developing her skills in. From advising clients about industrial property, land and construction to collecting information from site inspections, lease advisory and management – she’s able to assist in all elements of surveying.

Ellie reports directly to KWB Industrial’s Director, Kenny Allan, working alongside him to increase her knowledge of customer-focused business practices, as well as the property market itself.

Office Manager, KWB

Joanne Spencer is KWB’s Office Manager and there’s a good chance she’ll be the first person you speak to when you call our office. Jo is responsible for liaising with clients and staff, and plays a key role in organising and scheduling within KWB’s office and industrial agencies.

James Healing

Head of Operations, KWB Corporate Cleaning

James heads up our operations team and has many years’ experience in the cleaning industry. Beginning his career as a cleaning operative, he progressed to the role of Contracts Manager and joined our Corporate Cleaning team as Senior Regional Operations Manager before being promoted to Head of Operations.

James has managed cleaning services provided to a variety of sectors and industries, including offices, schools and large retail units – this gives him a versatile understanding of clients’ cleaning requirements. James has a track record of implementing cleaning systems designed specifically to clients’ needs and conducting regular proactive auditing of the service.
