Six new lettings at Cheltenham House offices in Birmingham

Following Circle Property’s acquisition of the 16,328 sq ft building in 2013, KWB commercial property agents advised on the specification of the comprehensive refurbishment, and even design finishes, of the office building which now has a new lift, reception area and communal facilities for tenants.

Cheltenham House, which targets the shortage of premium office space in Birmingham city centre in the sub 1,000 sq ft category, has also undergone installation of new lighting, trunking and cabling to each of its 24 office suites. The external façade has been cleaned and restored. The premises comprise 7,364 sq ft of office space, over three floors, and a ground floor leisure unit of 5,780 sq ft.

Office units are available from 129 sq ft – 700 sq ft, on flexible lease agreements from £18 per sq ft per annum. KWB is joint letting agent working alongside JLL.
