Countdown to a Royal Visit at Abbey Park

HRH The Princess Royal will be hosted by AGCO’s President & CEO Martin Richenhagen and Gary Collar, Senior Vice President, General Manager – AGCO EAME. The plan is to involve as many employees as possible in what promises to be a very special day.

As we move into the final phase of the Abbey Park project plan the focus has shifted from building construction to internal fitment.

Construction of the main office complex is now complete and the site has been cleared and landscaped. Construction of the new UK training centre is also progressing well for the September opening event. Internal fitting of carpets, furniture and all internal services within the main offices is about to begin so that everything will be complete for the first staff moves on the weekend of September 22nd.

The official announcement of The Princess Royal’s visit on the 29th September is being made by Buckingham Palace so the news is likely to appear in the press over the next few days.
