James Healing celebrates first year as Head of Operations at KWB Corporate Cleaning
Congratulations to James Healing on his first year as Head of Operations at KWB Corporate Cleaning.
James was previously our Contracts Manager before taking up this more senior role, supporting our Managing Director, Jim Duffy.
James is now responsible for our team of over 200 cleaning staff across the Midlands and ensuring the best possible service for our varied clients while driving growth.
He has also overseen the implementation of Go Audits, an online platform for the janitorial industry that manages all aspects of the business including project management, standards, staff communication and team performance. These non-intrusive, strategic checks ensure thorough examination of the cleanliness of the workplace and provide an opportunity to discuss the service and its results.
James Healing said: “My first year as Contracts Manager has passed so quickly, as we are constantly moving forward and innovating. Go Audits has transformed the way we work and we also recently committed to offsetting our carbon emissions by joining environmental organization Ecologi.
“Last year, we were awarded two more International Organization for Standards (ISO) accreditations – ISO 14001 for environmental performance and ISO 45001 health and safety – to join our existing ISO 9001 award for quality management. These awards recognise our ‘greener, safer and quality-assured’ approach in everything we do.”
James added: “KWB has a varied client base ranging from offices and manufacturing premises to schools and other educational establishments, supported by a brilliant team that upholds our high standards, which I’m really proud of.”
