KWB secures 6 new office lettings in Tewkesbury
Six of the sixteen units at Brockeridge Park – a development built around an attractive Grade II listed barn – have been snapped up in as many months. To attract further occupiers, agents KWB is now offering a special deal to the next two tenants that sign up with space being offered at £7 per sq ft.
Designed around four individually styled courtyards, Brockeridge Park – developed by Worcestershire-based Tiarks Property Developments – is a 20,000 sq ft new-build development situated in the village of Twyning, just minutes from J1 of the M50 and within a mile of the M5.
Each courtyard is made up of four two-storey buildings with its own approach via a landscaped central access road and ample allocated car parking facilities.
New tenants include national air quality assessment firm Air Monitors, which employs 12 staff, has just taken two units totalling 2,500 sq ft on a three-year lease.
Managing director Jim Mills said: “The sheer quality and finish of our new office at Brockeridge Park together with the proximity to both the M5 and the M50 enable us to deliver a first-class service to customers as well as provide a very pleasant working environment for our employees.”
Air Monitors joins other occupiers including architects Petersen Jones Ltd, legal cost cutters The Duncan Stanley Partnership, care in the community organisation Inclusion Care, cutting-edge security company Kirintec Ltd and upmarket builders Weatherark Ltd.
Birmingham-based office property specialists KWB has attributed the outstanding success of the scheme to its combination of a high quality finish and first-class location.
