KWB secures largest letting of office space in Birmingham city centre

35 Newhall Street, which has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment and part new build, is located on the corner of Newhall Street and Edmund Street in the heart of Birmingham’s business district, and provides outstanding Grade A office space options.

The transaction is the largest letting of office space in Birmingham city centre this year and now sees 35 Newhall Street almost fully let, with only 2,400 sq ft remaining on the ground floor.

Mott MacDonald will occupy the first and second floors and will join other professional and financial services companies in the building including Kennedys Solicitors, Three Lions Underwriting, Zolfo Cooper, MCR, Aldermore Bank and Capsticks Solicitors.
