New director appointed to lead growth of KWB Corporate Cleaning
KWB Corporate Cleaning has appointed Lloyd Ansermoz as its new Director, marking the first milestone of the company’s ambitious growth strategy to double its annual revenue in the next five years.
By expanding into new locations and increasing the in-house services it offers, KWB Corporate Cleaning aims to increase revenue to over £5 million by 2031 – a feat in which Ansermoz has extensive experience.

Birmingham born and bred, Ansermoz has worked in the workplace cleaning and facilities management sectors for over 30 years. During that time, he has overseen the growth, and sale, of two multi-million pound businesses of his own, as well as advised other businesses on their growth strategies.

KWB Corporate Cleaning provides professional cleaning solutions, specialising in healthcare, education, manufacturing and office environments. Since its inception, the company has reported year-on-year growth, and, last year, successfully hit its target revenue of £2.5 million.
As part of the expansion plans, KWB Corporate Cleaning has ambitions to increase its in-house services – including grounds maintenance, washroom services, window cleaning and exterior high-level buildings cleaning. It will also look to expand its operations across the Midlands and bordering counties.
