These promotions coincide with KWB actively growing its residential block management services and follow two appointments within the team over the last couple of months: Kezia Smart as Associate Director and Alex Chambers joining as Head of Credit Control.
Commenting on his promotion, Sam Lawrence, says: “I am thrilled to have been given the opportunity to lead KWB’s property management team as Managing Director. I am just a couple of months away from having been at KWB for a year and, within that time, I can say that I’ve thoroughly enjoyed rolling my sleeves up and driving change through the business. The hard work, quality and expertise from the team during this period has been second to none.
“Now is the time to start focusing on the future of our property management services. We have implemented several new systems to improve our services and are actively looking to grow the business through additional mandates with existing and local clients. It’s great that we will be doing this with some fresh (and more youthful!) faces within the team thanks to the recent appointments of Kezia and Alex as well.”

KWB manages a significant portfolio of commercial properties across Birmingham, Solihull and the wider Midlands, including London Metric, L&G and Tritax. There are currently 13 employees within KWB’s growing property management team.
John Bryce, Director at KWB, said: “Since joining the team, Sam has helped take our property management offering to the next level, thanks to his strategic mindset and wealth of experience. He thoroughly deserves this promotion to Managing Director and I have every confidence that we will see great things from our team over the next few years.
“I would also like to congratulate both Rohan and Judith on their promotions. Both are incredible assets to KWB, enjoying exceptional relationships with both colleagues and clients, alongside a wealth of industry knowledge.”
