A Birmingham cleaning company has secured a second contract from a serviced office company to clean its office buildings in the city, its ninth to clean serviced office centres in total.
KWB Corporate Cleaning has been appointed by Our Space to provide cleaning services for its serviced office centre at Ingleby House on Cannon Street in Birmingham, to add to the contract it already holds for Our Space’s serviced office centre at 65 Church Street, Birmingham.
Ingleby House has been fully refurbished and divided into flexible office space of between 50 sq ft and 5,000 sq ft over four floors, as well as meeting rooms and break out spaces.

KWB Corporate Cleaning is very quick to resolve any issues or problems, so it was an easy decision to appoint them to take on the cleaning at Ingleby House,” says Tony Dibbens, Our Space Business Centre Manager for Ingleby House and 65 Church Street.

Our Space has operated its business centres at 65 Church Street and Ingleby House for the past year, following a comprehensive refurbishment programme and has fully serviced offices available from 100 sq ft upwards. The company also operates six business centres in London. “Business is good, with new tenants being attracted all the time by our competitive rates,” continues Mr Dibbens.
