We know budgeting is a vital part of any move. That’s why we issue you with a full breakdown of estimated project costs, including labour, furniture procurement, fit out works and removals. This way, you’re fully prepared before tendering, with no risk of any monetary surprises.

Procurement
Due to our network of partners and the volume of work we tender, the quotes we receive are likely to be significantly lower than those of a self-managed project.
Subsequently, our analysis of these quotes enables us to select and negotiate with a shortlist of best value interior fit out contractors. Once confirmed, we can then pass these procurement savings onto you, more than outweighing the cost of our total fees.

Management
By managing every element of your office move, refurbishment or any other part of your unique process, our team saves you time, money and potential disruptions.
