2 Designing and specifying
Our design process considers all possible constraints imposed by your building, as well as your own identity, branding, staff requirements, visitor experience and more.
As part of this, we will specify the materials and finishes needed to fulfil your requirements and budget, delivering an office fit out that’s bespoke to you and your definitive specification – with best value for money at the forefront.

3 Budgeting
We provide a completely transparent breakdown of your estimated total project costs. This includes labour, furniture procurement, fit out works and removals, making you fully aware of the cost implications before tendering.
Our budgets are used to judge contractor quotes, vital when putting the specification out to tender.

4 Procuring and managing
Due to the volume of work we tender on an annual basis, the costs we receive are likely to be significantly lower than if you were to manage the project yourself. We then analyse responses to tender scrupulously, passing all savings onto you.
Our management of the project aims to save you time and money, whilst minimising business disruptions and ensuring all works are completed on budget, on specification and to schedule.

5 Delivery and continued support
With a comprehensive process such as this, there are no surprises when it comes to the final result.
We provide move management and handle all the logistics of occupying your new workspace. We will schedule a 12-month review of the workspace and be on-hand for any potential snagging, providing long-term quality control and peace of mind.
