Features

Historically, the Manor House Hay Hall Business Park was a former 15th century moated hall, known as Hay Hall, located at Hay Mills, south east Birmingham. A moated house or manor was first founded at the site in about 1260 by the De La Haye family. Hay Hall passed on to the Este family in 1423, when the heiress Marian De La Haye married Thomas Este. They are commemorated in St Edburgha’s Church at Yardley by a wall sculpture depicting them. The Este family owned and occupied Hay Hall until the late seventeenth century.

In more recent years, it formed part of the office portfolio of the Tube Investments Company, later rebranded as Reynolds Tube Company.

Today, the Manor House provides unique period, self-contained office space set within its own landscaped gardens.

It has a dedicated entrance off the main Redfern Road and provides approximately 32 car parking spaces.

The office space itself provides a large reception area, boardroom and a mix of cellular offices within its two-storey complex, and can be refurbished to suit an occupier’s specific requirements.
