Vale Park offices in Evesham sold to Countrywide

The modern office development, which is situated on a 70 acre greenfield site, has been purchased by the UK’s leading agricultural retailer and supplier Countrywide, who has acquired 30,000 sq ft of the high quality office space in Evesham.

The company, which employs over 1,000 members of staff nationwide and currently conducts its central operations from Defford in Worcestershire, will be relocating its head office team to the prestigious Business Centre offices in Evesham. The purpose designed office building offers modern, open plan office space situated over two floors, providing a prominent location for Countrywide’s national operations.

Acting on behalf of the vendors, Malcolm Jones from KWB explains, “this transaction cements KWB’s position as Worcestershire’s leading office agents with regard to office space disposals, which will total over 120,000 sq ft during 2010 across the county”.
