Formerly known as the Goodrich Building, the upgrading of Number Three represents the start of the transformation of the 57-acre former TRW site on the A34 Stratford Road.
There is now just 11,034 sq ft of vacant space remaining in Number Three, in suites from 2,500 sq ft upwards at a rental or £18 per sq ft.
The acquisition of The Green was the largest office development deal outside London in 2003.
