- Paradise Birmingham and Arena Central Birmingham – areas of new development that will link Birmingham city centre core to Broad Street and Brindleyplace.
- Aston and Eastside is in the process of undergoing significant regeneration and development as a result of the HS2 rail project and the forthcoming new Curzon Street Station. The area also incorporates Millennium Point, Aston University and the new Birmingham City University campus, which includes the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. Notably, Aston University’s innovation centre provides many start-up companies with flexible offices in Birmingham, nurturing new business in the City.
- Digbeth and south Birmingham area, incorporating Moor Street railway station and connecting to the core via The Bullring shopping centre, is perhaps the more ‘Bohemian’ quarter, providing offices in Birmingham to many businesses associated with TMT, the arts and education.
