Accountancy firm acquires Birmingham office building

Birmingham independent commercial property agency KWB has sold a 4,000 sq ft office building to an independent firm of accountants.

Acting on behalf of a private investor, Malcolm Jones, Director of Office Agency at KWB, sold the freehold of 77 Francis Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B16 8SP, a 4,144 sq ft self-contained period office building to Fraser Russell Limited, for an undisclosed sum.

Fraser Russell is a commercially astute firm of accountants, providing services to entrepreneurial small and medium-sized enterprises, large corporates and high-net worth individuals.

Mr Jones says: “77 Francis Road is a well-located period office building in an area which is popular with professional services firms.  It is close to the junction with Hagley Road (A456), approximately 500 yards from Five Ways roundabout, and directly opposite Broadway Plaza.

“Office freeholds in Birmingham continue to be highly sought after by business owners, often purchased via the company’s or directors’ pension fund.”
