M&J Evans to relocate to Tamworth as part of expansion plans

Construction company, M&J Evans, is relocating from Walsall to two new offices in Tamworth as part of an expansion that will separate its West Midlands regional operations from its head office.

The groundworks and civil engineering company’s head office will be located at Centurion Court, while its West Midlands regional office will be located within Ventura House.

The duo of deals were secured by KWB commercial property agents.

Measuring 4,300 sq ft, the new regional office of M&J at Ventura House benefits from enviable communication links, with Junction 10 of the M42 and Junction 4 of the M6 Toll both around five miles away, as well as easy links to the A5, A38, Birmingham city centre, NEC and Birmingham Airport. These offices in Tamworth is also within walking distance from the many retail and leisure options at Ventura shopping centre.

Known as the ‘gateway to Tamworth’, the network links at Centurion Court are just as impressive for M&J’s new 5,213 sq ft head office.
