According to Douglas Bonham, of sole letting agent KWB, T3 was a key target for Laing from the outset. “It was clearly a location that would meet their requirements excellently and was clear that they were impressed by the opportunities the building offered. It’s a high quality Grade ‘A’ office space and we’re delighted they have made the move here.”
The first and second floors at T3 remain available offering 16,020 sq ft of high quality office accommodation on each floor. KWB is already in talks with an interested party for half of the top floor.
