Airport location lands top occupier
This stunning building offers a total of 49,300 sq ft of accommodation over three floors and Laing O’Rourke has taken just over 17,000 sq ft by signing up for the ground floor.
Laing O’Rourke’s Gavin Scarr-Hall readily admits that it was the location that made the move happen, “clearly it’s exceptionally well positioned for access – road, rail and air links are superb – and a huge plus for us was that it’s over a mile from our current Birmingham offices so there is minimal disruption for our excellent staff.”
According to Douglas Bonham, of sole letting agent KWB, T3 was a key target for Laing from the outset. “It was clearly a location that would meet their requirements excellently and was clear that they were impressed by the opportunities the building offered. It’s a high quality Grade ‘A’ office space and we’re delighted they have made the move here.”
The first and second floors at T3 remain available offering 16,020 sq ft of high quality office accommodation on each floor. KWB is already in talks with an interested party for half of the top floor.
