KWB Property Management has become an accredited member of ARMA (Association of Residential Managing Agents).
KWB’s membership of ARMA, the national body that monitors the residential leasehold sector, follows a thorough audit of its procedures and processes.
Nicola Fagan, Associate Director at KWB Residential, believes membership is essential for any managing agent looking to build its presence in the ultra-competitive residential leasehold sector.
Nicola says: “ARMA promotes high standards of leasehold management and professionalism through training and guidance.
“KWB Residential supports the needs of housing developers, investors, resident management companies and residential property landlords. Becoming an ARMA member provides an extra layer of reassurance for clients, and the residents of the schemes we manage.
“The range of activities we carry out for our clients has widened significantly over the last few years. Consequently, we cover everything from client liaison and property maintenance, to communicating with residents, site inspections and budgeting.”

The news also comes ahead of ARMA’s annual conference. Nicola says the array of speakers and topics under discussion at the event underlines the organisation’s value.
ARMA will equip KWB Residential
Nicola continues: “However experienced you might be, it’s impossible to keep track of every single legal, technical or regulatory decision that might impact our sector. Therefore it’s extremely useful to know that details on all relevant subjects will be passed on to us promptly.
“It gives me confidence to know that all that expertise is now immediately available to us. Undoubtedly, ARMA’s knowledge and insight will be of significant benefit to myself, our residential team and our clients.
In addition to ARMA membership, KWB is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is RICS regulated.
