Managing the communal grounds of residential estates
KWB Residential is experienced in managing communal land, open spaces and apartment blocks for all new housebuilder developments through suitable management companies and transfers. We share the vision of a client’s scheme and, by providing a tailored solution, uphold it long after the scheme is complete.
We are flexible in the arrangements that we commit to, including taking land ownership in order to manage the communal areas of the estate, enabling our client to fully exit the scheme.
Residential block management
KWB Residential also provides block management for landlords and residents management companies. In summary, our services include:
- Maintenance and management of communal areas and facilities – including coordination of planned maintenance, provision of emergency response services and organising waste management and recycling
