KWB appoints graduate surveyor to agency team

KWB Birmingham commercial property agents have strengthened their agency team with the appointment of a new graduate surveyor.

Alex Evans joins KWB from Harris Lamb, where he worked within its retail team. Alex will bolster KWB’s agency offering by working across a range of Midlands and Birmingham commercial property, on behalf of both occupiers and landlords.

He holds a degree in Law and is presently taking a further degree in Real Estate Management at Birmingham City University, which he completes this year. This range and strength of academic background make him a uniquely knowledgeable graduate surveyor, with a great basis on which to develop within KWB.

At KWB, Alex will work in both the industrial and office agency teams, reporting to Head of Industrial Agency, Kenny Allan, and Head of Office Agency, Malcolm Jones.

Kenny said: “Alex joins us at a very busy time for the industrial and office agency teams. He has already gained some very useful experience and will be a great asset to KWB.”

Alex said: “I am looking forward to continuing to learn from all Kenny’s and Malcolm’s experience in the Midlands and putting my knowledge to good use with KWB’s clients.”
