KWB Residential adds nearly 200 homes to management portfolio

KWB’s residential management division, KWB Residential has recently added two new Birmingham city properties – comprising nearly 200 homes – to its block management portfolio.

Park Gate at Lyndon Place in Sheldon is the larger of the two properties – a mixed use development of 126 apartments with an on-site gym, communal rooftop terrace, grounds and office space next to Sheldon Park. KWB Property Management has also been appointed to manage the commercial element of the building.

The other property is Timber Mill Court in Harborne, a retirement housing complex with 55 flats, communal facilities and a convenient location close to Harborne’s shopping area.

KWB Residential’s role across both properties includes maintenance, health and safety, security, upkeep of the common areas, liaising with residents and managing on-site staff and suppliers.
