KWB appoints new Head of Office Agency

KWB has announced a new Head of Office Agency for its Birmingham commercial property agency, promoting the accomplished chartered surveyor, Malcolm Jones. The appointment of Malcolm forms part of KWB’s long-term plans to expand the teams across its multi-disciplinary practice.

A long-standing member of KWB’s office agency team, Malcolm has more than 22 years of commercial property experience, focusing on office sales and lettings in Birmingham city centre, Solihull and along the M42 corridor. For many years, he has played an important role in developing KWB’s reputation for helping occupiers find office space.

John Bryce, Director of KWB Holdings Ltd, said: “Malcolm’s great knowledge of the regional office market and his depth of understanding of occupiers’ needs has made him highly adept at matching the right property to the right tenant or purchaser.
