KWB lets Birmingham office space to Bridgehouse

Having relocated from St Georges Court in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, Partner, Mark Dakeyne explains “we were expanding our Birmingham office and our space in the jewellery quarter was no longer large enough or suitable for the greater visibility that we wanted to attract amongst the city centre market.” He continued, “The space has provided us with room for expansion, with just 10 of us at present it means there is plenty of space for us to work, hold client meetings and relax in the basement breakout area. The building is very light and airy, with windows on both sides, and the space gives us all a lift when we arrive first thing every morning.”

“Lancaster House is from our point of view, ideally located just outside the most expensive office quarter and yet closer than most buildings in that quarter to the crucial social watering holes such as Metro and All Bar One! Transport links are still good in that the two train stations are a short walk away whilst the office and its car park are easy to find for visitors. The nicest square in Birmingham, St Paul’s Square, is just 5 minutes’ walk away with its restaurants and bars.” He concluded, “The move has enabled us to be close to everything and everyone that matter.”
