KWB crowned top West Midlands Office Agents for second successive year
Birmingham independent commercial property agency KWB has been named as the most active West Midlands office agents for the second year running by Estates Gazette Interactive (EGi).
KWB completed the highest number of office transactions in 2016 in the West Midlands region, retaining its title from the previous year. In another highly successful 12 months it secured 60% of all sales and lettings for offices in Solihull and the M42 corridor, as well as a number of key transactions in the Birmingham office market.

Key office transactions for KWB in 2016 included the letting of 32,600 sq ft to Uniper at Compton House on Birmingham Business Park, for a then record rent, and the acquisition and then design, fit out and re-location into 13,800 sq ft of office space at Friar’s Gate, Solihull for behalf of Caterpillar Financial Services.
It is presently acting on a number of prestigious office buildings in Birmingham and Solihull, including 10 Temple Street and Cobalt Square in Birmingham, 31 Homer Road, Solihull and more than 50,000 sq ft of space at Birmingham Business Park.
