KWB has secured two new office lettings in Birmingham city centre, to four companies newly acquired by leading environmental and engineering firm, RSK Group.

Around 150 people working for Fellows, CS2, EiB and Binnies have relocated to Lancaster House on Newhall Street, taking a total of 4,477 sq ft of refurbished office space on the fourth and fifth floors.

In addition, Copeland Wedge Associates (CWA), an existing tenant in the building and a wholly-owned subsidiary company of RSK Group, has signed a new reversionary lease on their third-floor offices. The deal totals 3,292 sq ft, to commence from their current office lease expiry in 2025.

Nigel Tripp, Director of KWB Office Agency, brokered the deals on behalf of Lancaster House landlord, Custodian Property Income REIT plc. Other occupiers in the building include Blackhams Solicitors, Realty Law, Bell Cornwall Recruitment and Quantem Consulting.

Lancaster House is an elegant 40,000 sq ft Portland Stone office building located at the junction of Newhall Street and Great Charles Street. Office suites ranging from 1,000 sq ft to 4,500 sq ft are still available to let.

The office refurbishment of Lancaster House included new carpeting, shower facilities, LED lighting and comfort cooling and heating.
