Nicola Fagan, who was Head of KWB Residential for seven years and had over 20 years' experience in residential management, has died after a long illness

Nicola was Head of KWB Residential, a role she had held since joining the business in 2018. Prior to joining KWB, Nicola built a respected career in residential property management with Centrick, GBR Phoenix Beard and Scanlans Property Management. At KWB, she brought her vast experience, knowledge and enthusiasm to the role, quickly becoming a driving force behind the success of the residential management team.

John Bryce, Director at KWB, said: “Everyone at KWB is devastated by Nicola’s passing. She was not only an outstanding professional, but also a wonderful person who gave so much to everyone she worked with.

“Since joining us in 2018, she brought incredible drive, experience and passion to KWB Residential, helping to shape and grow the business into what it is today. Nicola was deeply respected by clients and colleagues alike, and she had a remarkable ability to build strong, lasting relationships.

“Above all, she was a kind, thoughtful and supportive friend to so many of us. She will be greatly missed by the whole KWB family and by the wider Birmingham property community, where she made such an impact. Our thoughts are with Nicola’s family and loved ones at this very sad time.”

Her responsibilities will be taken forward by Jason Osborn and Rohan Khosla, who worked closely alongside her for many years and will continue to uphold the standards and values she instilled within the team.
