Springvale House, a landmark office building, comprises 17,795 sq ft of office space and was formerly the headquarter offices for Moben Dolphin.

Located at the centre of a comprehensive transport network, in Bilston, West Midlands, Springvale House is now home to NCH (UK) Ltd. “Moving just 5 miles up the road, the former West Bromwich based company has signed a 10 year lease.” Albemarle was delighted to secure such a prestigious client on such a long term commitment.

Acquiring agent, Marcus Hayes, of Cushman and Wakefield, said “Springvale House was the best option for my client on numerous levels. KWB provided a fast and effective response to NCH’s requirement and highlighted the building as being perfect for my clients needs.”

Springvale House proved an ideal choice for NCH (UK) Ltd due to the sheer size and location of the building. KWB is delighted to have secured such a substantial covenant as NCH, particularly on a new 10 year lease, and within such a short period of being instructed by the landlord.

Having merged with Chem-Aqua in early 2007, NCH (UK) Ltd is the fastest growing water treatment service company in the UK. NCH products include chemical specialties, fasteners, welding alloys and plumbing parts as well as maintenance supply products. These products are sold and serviced through their UK sales force to meet the needs of the UK market.
