KWB has welcomed David Sanders as Head of Client Accounting. This new appointment further enhances our landlord accounting support and our position as a leading Midlands property consultancy.
David has joined our team from BNP Paribas Real Estate. There, he progressed through roles to become Client Accountant for a portfolio of commercial property clients.
Adept at working with high volume portfolios, David is an excellent strategic asset for KWB. Our clients will benefit from his extensive experience in accounts payable, reporting and data services within commercial property.
Landlord accounting you can rely on
In his new role, David is responsible for the accounts of KWB’s residential and commercial landlord clients across the Midlands. This includes collecting rents, managing building running costs and supplier charges, and regular reporting.
The KWB Residential team provides residential block and estate management for a range of high-profile residential developments that includes The Bank, one of Birmingham’s most prominent residential buildings.
