KWB Workplace completes project for Vanderlande at Birmingham Business Park

Our office fit out consultancy, KWB Workplace has completed its latest project at 6050 Knights Court, Birmingham Business Park.

Led by director Adrian Southall, the project comprised a Cat A office fit out for the landlord and a Cat B office fit out for tenant Vanderlande – the global leader in conveyance systems and logistics process automation.

We designed, specified and project-managed the comprehensive office refurbishment works, which included updates to the open plan areas, toilets, lighting, air conditioning and ceiling. As a result, the office building has also received an EPC A rating.

Adrian said: “It was fantastic to work with Vanderlande, who took on board every suggestion we made and collaborated with us to deliver a successful project, on time and on budget. Congratulations to all the contractors involved and the teams they pulled together to carry out the project.”

Birmingham Business Park is the most established out-of-town office park in the Midlands and has excellent transport links. Major occupiers at the park include IMI, Fujitsu and Beiersdorf.
