Lyndon Place offices in Birmingham secure new letting
As a result of both recent and planned expansion, Home Learning College has taken a ten year office lease in the Sheldon area of Birmingham, with the option to increase its office space by a further 2,100 sq ft. They join the British Heart Foundation, who took 8,500 sq ft towards the end of 2011 for its new regional HQ offices, The Heart of England NHS Trust and Specialist Computer Holdings, making the building now fully tenanted. Lyndon Place is located prominently on the A45 Birmingham to Coventry Road, just 10 minutes from Birmingham Airport and International Railway Station.
Speaking of the office move, which will relocate its team of telephone-based course advisers from a nearby site, Phil Hullah, CEO of Home Learning College, said: “This relocation will provide an excellent working environment, along with the space for further growth of the team. News of the office move has been warmly welcomed by all concerned and will take place this summer.” Rupert Young, Development Director at Nurton Developments, said: “Lyndon Place has been a solid performer in a very difficult market. Its location and high specification provides good quality office space with parking, and offers value for money on one of the main arterial routes into Birmingham city centre.”
Mark Robinson, Partner at KWB Office Property Specialists and joint commercial property agents with GVA for Lyndon Place, said: “Lyndon Place attracted a tenant over the competition due to its high quality refurbished space, availability of public transport and host of local amenities in the immediate area.”
