The Courtyard comprised 17 purpose built office buildings constructed speculatively where No1 was the last remaining unit available. In the light of this success KUC are now planning a final phase at The Croft, Buntsford Gate where self contained two storey buildings from 1,277 – 9,224 sq ft will be available from late Spring 2007.
