KWB Property Management appointed on large Solihull office building
KWB Commercial Property Management has been appointed to manage One Cranmore Drive, a 38,000 sq ft multi-let building of offices in Solihull.
Property company, Charlton Haynes has appointed KWB’s commercial property management department to manage One Cranmore Drive, Solihull. KWB’s instruction on the property involves a broad range of services, and the property management team will liaise with tenants, collect rents and service charges, and manage the utilities and the fabric of the building.
Tenants at the 15-year-old two-storey office building include shoe manufacturer and retailer Clarks, estate agent Purple Bricks, TUV and Spirotech.
Mark Lenton, Head of KWB Property and Asset Management, said: “This is another good contract win for our property management team in Solihull, working with a new owner to help maximise the return on their investment.
“With office space being in such short supply in the Solihull office market, properties such as One Cranmore Drive – which is well located and offers healthy-sized floorplates – are vital to business.”
In July, Les Balla, regarded as one of the most successful commercial property management agents in the West Midlands, joined KWB Property and Asset Management as Senior Director.
Mark continued: “Having recently welcomed Les Balla to our team, we’re well-equipped to handle a variety of commercial property, for a wide range of clients, across the West Midlands and beyond.
“Effective property management is a necessity for landlords. A well-managed property increases revenue streams and reduces day-to-day hassle for the landlord, as well as playing an important role in tenant retention.”
KWB Property & Asset Management manages a large and growing portfolio of office, retail, industrial and residential property. KWB would encourage any property owner considering how to realise the potential of their commercial property portfolio to get in touch.
