We can evaluate the property’s adherence to health and safety regulations and conduct insurance, gas and electrical assessments. Furthermore, we can also then address any issues that are identified, using our network of tried and trusted contractors.
Distressed property management
Our distressed property management team can step into the breach whenever you need them, reacting quickly to instructions and taking action to manage the insolvency practitioner’s liabilities.
When required, we can also manage properties for lenders directly via their LPA receivers and when part of wider insolvency proceedings.
