We source the best interior office fit out contractors and office refurbishment suppliers, and present you with multiple quotations to your tendered bespoke specification. As a result, these can be compared on a like-for-like basis, with office fit out costs driven down by our recognised buying power.
Why not do this myself?
A client looking to tender the design and fit out of their own offices would typically contact three fit out contractors. They must invest a lot of their own time and effort in going through the process of establishing the requirement three times – once for each contractor.
In response, they will receive three different designs and prices that cannot be easily compared, and may not fit either design expectations or budget. Furthermore, a fit out contractor will not evaluate the building they are bidding to fit out. Only a chartered surveyor can do this, however, most contractors don’t have this facility at their disposal, in-house.
