Large office let secured at Quinton Business Park

Lovell Construction’s new regional office at Quinton Business Park marks the largest office letting on the M5 corridor for 2017 to date.

KWB commercial property agents have let 10,053 sq ft in Building 7 Quinton Business Park, 7 Ridgeway, Birmingham, to Lovell Construction on a new institutional length lease. Property consultants Harris Lamb advised Lovell Construction. The new instruction shows KWB’s continued success and dominance in the out-of-town office market.

Part of leading UK construction and regeneration group, Morgan Sindall, Lovell Construction will use its office space at Quinton Business Park as its new Midlands regional office, replacing its accommodation at Woodgate Business Park, Birmingham, which KWB will be bringing to the market. The move improves their transport links with proximity to Junction 3 of the M5, which brings them closer to the M6 and M42, and shortens drive times to Birmingham Airport.

Further lettings have been secured at Quinton Business Park, with existing occupier and transportation analytics company INRIX expanding into a further 7,038 sq ft of Grade ‘A’ office space at Building 4, on a new institutional length lease at ÂŁ17.50 per sq ft.

Mark Robinson, Director of KWB, commented “With its proximity to the M5 and easy access to Birmingham city centre, Quinton Business Park is one of Birmingham’s premier out-of-town business parks. The Park is close to securing 100% occupancy, with only one suite of 2,917 sq ft in Building 4 now available.”

Quinton Business Park offers high quality office space on an 18-acre office business park located adjacent to Junction 3 of the M5, approximately five miles to the west of Birmingham city centre. The Park is home to a range of leading corporate occupiers, including Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC), Schoeller Allibert, Wates Construction, Genesys, Prater, QAD Software, VTG Rail, RPS Architects, Highways Agency and Serco.
