Topaz offices in Bromsgrove – almost 50% now acquired
Mercian Surgical Supply – a supplier of specialist surgical instruments to UK hospitals – has acquired the freehold of Topaz 10, comprising 5,130 sq ft of high quality office space. Previously based in Quinton, the company chose to relocate its Head Office to the contemporary business park in Bromsgrove, attracted by the development’s flexible working environment.
National firm Barnett Waddingham has taken on a 10 year lease at Topaz 2. The 10,003 sq ft premises, which represent the largest single unit on the Bromsgrove office development, will become one of seven offices for the firm of actuaries and consultants.
The most recent letting to Talisman Recruitment, brings the total of space now acquired to almost 50%. The firm has taken on 2,785 sq ft of high quality office space on a 5 year lease, relocating from nearby Stoke Prior.
The Topaz Business Park, situated off Junction 1 of the M42 and fronting the A38, comprises 45,071 sq ft of contemporary office space spread over ten self-contained office buildings. Set within 12 acres of green fields and woodlands, the parkland setting offers a unique working environment to office occupiers.
