New services and growth boost turnover at KWB

Organic growth and the provision of new services has boosted annual turnover by more than one third at KWB commercial property agents, based in Birmingham and Solihull.

In addition to its office agency and professional work, in the past 12 months KWB has sought to expand its offering across the West Midlands. The new services include the launch of a new industrial agency as well as impressive growth in its Property and Asset Management, Corporate Cleaning and Workplace divisions.

“We don’t just advise on, and manage, all aspects of commercial property. Via our specialist KWB Workplace division, we also provide a unique independent consultancy and project management service, that incorporates premises search and acquisition, office design, office fit out and move management. KWB Corporate Cleaning provides commercial office cleaning and washroom services.

From the acquisition of KGA Chartered Surveyors in June 2016, KWB launched their Industrial Agency division. Headed by Kenny Allan, the division covers all aspects of the industrial property market, providing a comprehensive consultancy service. Specialising in the industrial, logistics and warehousing sectors, KWB continues to grow, utilising the team’s extensive knowledge of the Midlands commercial property marketplace.

In May 2017, KWB launched a new property management receivership and insolvency service following its acquisition of Worcestershire commercial property management firm, David J Price & Associates. The new services provide focus on distressed property management, calling upon their knowledge and experience of the restructuring and insolvency process.
