KWB Property Management has bought David J Price & Associates Ltd, a Stourport-based property management company with a portfolio of properties across the country. By doing so, KWB Property Management has expanded the business and enhanced its national reach.
David J Price & Associates was established by David Price in 2000, following a long career at commercial property agents GVA Grimley. The team from the Stourport-on-Severn based business joins KWB’s Property Management division, bringing great experience of property receivership, insolvency and corporate recovery work, and a portfolio of commercial and residential management contracts throughout the Midlands and beyond.
David Price said of the sale of his company: “My clients are safe in the hands of KWB. I do feel a strong responsibility – as I have always done – for the happiness and satisfaction of my clients, with whom I have built long standing relationships. When negotiations of the sale commenced, I began to understand and appreciate that KWB’s business also relies on its own ability to form these strong, healthy relationships with clients – and they excel at doing that.

KWB Property Management provides a comprehensive range of property management services – with an extensive existing portfolio, looking after retail, industrial and office developments, as well as a residential arm, KWB Residential, catering for a variety of residential properties and arrangements.
