The commercial property partners have let two-thirds of Eagle 2, a prestige 65,883 sq ft headquarters building at Eagle Court in Hatchford Way overlooking Birmingham International Airport, to Motorola and Lloyds TSB Autolease.
Eagle 2, which is being marketed at a rent of £19 per sq ft, offers extensive on-site parking and comfort cooling.
A wide range of business groups are expressing interest in the 22,000 sq ft second floor and the remaining 8,748 sq ft ground floor, as well as neighbouring 65,000 sq ft Eagle 3, which would suit companies employing up to 650 people.
