Occupiers looking for offices in Warwick, Leamington, Coventry, Kenilworth and the wider Midlands are being treated to an innovative digital marketing campaign as part of the new launch of Abbey Park offices in Stoneleigh, Warwickshire.
Abbey Park has recently received planning consent for a range of buildings which are able to provide 15,000-130,000 sq ft of brand new, high specification office space close to Warwick, Leamington, Coventry and Kenilworth. Abbey Park offices provide occupiers with design-and-build office space located in a unique parkland setting, yet only 15 minutes from junction 15 of the M40.
KWB office property specialists, together with joint commercial property agent GVA, are working as part of the marketing team for Abbey Park offices which includes three marketing agencies working together to provide creative design, customer targeting, digital marketing, social media and PR.
The marketing campaign, which breaks the normal ‘brochure-and-board’ mould, commenced with a teaser mailing and a series of four innovatively-designed animated emailers, which have tempted potential office occupiers and commercial property agents over the last two weeks to view an online video which gradually revealed more about the office space opportunities on offer. The approach was designed to encourage potential office occupiers and influencers to ‘share if you dare’ the communications with colleagues through LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter and to stimulate interest from future occupiers.
Commenting on Abbey Park offices, Mark Robinson, Partner at KWB, said: “There is a scarcity of large scale office space development sites to service the office sector within a 20 mile radius of Abbey Park offices because there has been no new substantial development activity in the area. We anticipate demand from the diverse occupier base which is located in the surrounding area, including the automotive sector, which is enjoying success on the back of nearby Jaguar-Land Rover; the digital media sector, which is well established within the Leamington area; and the aviation industry, following the recent expansion of Rolls Royce in Warwick.
