“Most experienced” Birmingham commercial property agent joins KWB

A commercial property managing agent, regarded as one of the most experienced in Birmingham, has joined KWB’s Birmingham commercial property management team.

Les Balla joins KWB Birmingham commercial property agents as Senior Director in KWB Property & Asset Management, coming from SDL Property Management.

At KWB, Les, who has more than 35 years’ experience working in Birmingham commercial property management, will continue to provide a full range of property and asset management advice to a range of private clients on offices, industrial and retail schemes.

Les said: “I’ve advised high net worth individuals, family trusts and small property companies on all aspects of their commercial property assets for the whole of my career to date, and this will continue with my move to KWB.
