Eagle soars with twin lettings

Motorola now occupies all 21,993 sq ft of the first floor and 6,379 sq ft of the basement following its acquisition of Sendo’s research and development team, which was already based in Eagle Court.

Lloyds TSB Autolease, which already occupies 35,000 sq ft of Eagle 1, now known as Blake House, has expanded into 13,100 sq ft ground floor of Eagle 2.

Eagle 2 is being marketed at a rent of £19 sq ft. A wide range of businesses are said to be showing interest in the 22,000 sq ft second floor and the remaining 8,748 sq ft ground floor as well as neighbouring Eagle 3.
