Environmental credentials behind duo of deals at Indurent Park Holbrook, Coventry
KWB commercial property agents has let 46,000 sq ft at Indurent Park Holbrook, Coventry, following deals with both Rubber4Roofs and Iveco Group.
Indurent, a leading developer, owner and operator of industrial and logistics space across the UK, is investing to further improve the estate, installing high quality offices and WCs throughout the remaining available units.
The environmental credentials of Indurent Park were at the core of the deals, with both new occupiers looking for more sustainable solutions to relocate from their existing premises in Coventry.

KWB’s deal with Rubber4Roofs will see the EPDM roofing experts take 24,650 sq ft at Indurent Park Holbrook, relocating from its current address at the nearby SwallowGate Business Park. The move will allow Rubber4Roofs to consolidate the multiple units that it currently occupies, into a single contemporary and more eco-friendly space.

Our investment in high-quality upgrades ensures the remaining available units offer the same modern environment that today’s occupiers expect and we’re seeing strong interest from businesses seeking future-ready space in a prime Coventry location.”
Tom Cullingford, Managing Director at Rubber4Roofs, said: “EPDM is often hailed as the most environmentally friendly roofing system and we wanted our new unit to reflect our commitment to providing eco-friendly solutions. Indurent Park impressed us with its focus on sustainability, from its high-performance roof design to the EV charging systems which, while helping to protect our planet, will also reduce operating costs.
“We’re very much looking forward to opening our new unit.”

Additionally, Iveco Group has agreed a deal for a 22,276 sq ft industrial unit, as part of its current expansion plans. The unit will be used for research and development by Potenza Technology, part of the Iveco Group that focuses on low and zero emission technology in commercial vehicles.
