KWB industrial agent qualifies as Chartered Surveyor

A member of KWB’s industrial agency team has qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, making a considerable, new contribution to the company’s talent pool.

Ben Voss Wood, who has worked for KWB Birmingham commercial property agents for the past two years, has passed his APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) to become a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

The RICS is the world’s leading professional body for qualifications and standards in land, property and construction. RICS membership is only awarded to those who meet and maintain the most rigorous practice standards and professional conduct. Ben’s newly attained membership is a credit to both himself and KWB.

A Real Estate graduate of Liverpool John Moores University, Ben also gained more than a year’s experience in office agency before joining KWB.

I am looking forward to continuing to learn from him, but to take a more prominent role in advising our clients.”
