KWB acquires 21,500 sq ft of HQ offices in Birmingham for Ishida
Ishida Europe is a world leader in the design, manufacture and installation of automated systems for weighing, packing and labelling of food and non-food products from snacks and confectionery to fresh foods, toys and tablets.
Ishida already occupies 60,000 sq ft on Woodgate Business Park, comprising 45,000 sq ft of manufacturing and industrial space, and 15,000 sq ft of office space, which was originally purpose-built for them in 1997.
Due to expansion of the business, KWB has now acquired Brook House as additional Birmingham office space located just 200m away from their existing facilities.
Acquired from Ryon Properties, Brook House is a modern, high specification, self-contained office building with large, open plan floorplates, air conditioning and raised access floors, set within its own 2.7 acre site and attractive landscaped environment, with excellent on-site office parking for 135 cars.
“In the process of trawling the market for additionaloffice space in Birmingham, we were fortunate that Brook House came to the market and was a perfect fit in terms of meeting our criteria and, of course, location.”
