KWB acquires new offices in Brierley Hill for Jephson
Motivated by the impending expiry of their lease and the desire to secure freehold, self-contained office space, Jephson Housing Association Group, a leading provider of quality homes and services for people in need, instructed KWB to search for new premises that would provide a convenient location for the company’s operations in the Black Country.
Speaking of the relocation, Jephson’s Phil Green, Director Midlands, said, “Narrowboat Way will provide long term cost efficiencies, whilst offering both our customers and our staff an improved operating environment. In addition to plentiful car parking space, customers and staff will also benefit from strong transport links and good access to local amenities. The purchase of the property represents a long-term investment in the area for the company and one that we feel will enhance the profile of Jephson in the Midlands.”
He added, “The advice and services that we have received from KWB, not only in respect of the acquisition but also relating to our former premises in terms of negotiating short term lease extensions, submitting business rates appeals and advising on service charge costs and dilapidations have been excellent.”
