The landmark office building, which benefits from excellent road and motorway links, was purchased from Stainton Capital (Deerhound) Ltd – a private firm specialising in asset and property management.

Offering a range of refurbished office suites set over 7 floors, the offices in Halesowen benefit from air conditioning, suspended ceilings and excellent on-site office car parking. Part occupied, Trinity Point has already attracted 2 new office occupiers, representing a total of 14,000 sq ft. Flexible office space provider, UBC Serviced Offices, is also in the process of acquiring 14,000 sq ft of office space for a new serviced office operation.

Speaking of the acquisition, Brian Rabinowitz, Managing Director of Charlton said, “Trinity Point offered us an excellent investment opportunity. Set in a prime location in Halesowen town centre and only two miles from the M5, the offices provide locally based companies with competitive rates and a cost effective alternative to office space in Birmingham city centre.”

Charlton, which specialises in acquiring commercial properties with development potential, already has an on-going refurbishment programme planned for the Halesowen office building. For further details of office space in Halesowen, please contact Malcolm Jones of KWB.
