KWB acquires Solihull office space for etrinsic
The firm, previously based at Davies House offices in Shirley, has taken on a ten year lease at the high specification office development in the Cranmore area of Solihull, joining existing tenants Gemstone Financial Management and Convergence Group. As relocation specialists, KWB was appointed to negotiate the lease, whilst Adrian Southall of KWB Workplace advised on the office space design.
Occupying part of the ground floor, etrinsic completed its office relocation and moved into the Solihull property last month. Speaking of the office move, Operations Director Hugo McHugh said, “We were very impressed with the services of commercial property agent KWB. Their professionalism, excellent communication and office relocation management ensured a smooth transition, allowing us to complete lease negotiations and occupy our new Solihull offices within a short timescale. One Cranmore Drive is a perfect fit for us as a growing company and we now occupy office space in Solihull that we are extremely proud of.”
As well as providing a generous amount of on-site office car parking for both clients and staff, the contemporary office development in Solihull also offers good transport links and the services of a wide range of local amenities.
Speaking of the office relocation, John Bryce, property acquisition agent for KWB explained, “etrinsic had a very specific requirement, with the need to secure new office space in Solihull within a very short time frame. We negotiated heads of terms, whilst offering a complete design and fit out service, enabling the company to occupy office space only 11 weeks after initial consultations. This was an important move for our client and as a growing company, etrinsic can now benefit from high specification, open-plan office space to support their head office operations.”
